Preview: Auctioneers will be on site Monday the 11th of June, between the hours of 1:00 till 6:00 P.M. and the morning of the auction between 7:00 and 10:00 A.M. Auctioneer will provide additional pictures upon request. Arrangement can be made with Auctioneers to view the equipment and boats at different times. Buyer's Premium: A five(5) percent Buyer's Premium will be added to each high Bidders totals. Terms and Conditions: Cash or Good Check with a valid drivers license. All Bidders are required to register prior to the sale and obtain a Bidder Number. Cashier will require your name, address, phone number and a picture ID. All Items are sold AS-IS, WHERE IS. All items must be removed with-in 7 days. No loading of equipment until Auction has ended and and all power has been disconnected from equipment. All equipment is heavy and will require some equipment to load or dismantle. All Bidders will be required to provide the necessary man power and equipment to load their purchases. Announcements made day of sale takes precedence over all written and advertised materials. Personal and Property Risk: Persons attending during preview, sale or removal of goods assume all risk of damage of or loss to person and property and specifically release the auctioneer from liability therefore.
